Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Team

The University has a multidisciplinary team, the Campus Behavioral Intervention Team (CBIT), that is responsible for gathering information, assessing and implementing intervention strategies, as appropriate, for cases that include threats and/or violent behaviors concerning employees and students. 

The team is composed of members from the below functional areas. The team is chaired by the Threat Assessment and Management Coordinator and a representative from Legal Affairs serves as advisor.
